Responsibilities Coordinates overall office functioning through inventory checks, space scheduling, event planning, event execution, and paperwork processingAssists in coordination of company-wide events with the Director of Human Resources/People OperationsMaintains executive calendars, employee contact lists, and provides ad-hoc support as neededActs as the main point of contact with building management and provides communications directly to employees, as neededMaintains master copies of organizational policy and procedure manuals and keeps them up to dateActs as a liaison between upper management and internal departments, ensuring effective communication and cohesionProvides logistical support for virtual meetings and local in-person meetingsOrganizes department files, mail, and office supplies while monitoring and tracking all office expenses and costsMaintain department budget monthly and track office expensesSubmit monthly expense reports for CEO and office admin account, plus other employees as neededCoordinates travel plans for executives and visiting employees Assists with minor IT tasks such as device-setup and equipment mailing for new hiresQualifications High school diploma or associate’s degreeExperience as an office assistant or in a related field, preferredProficient in Microsoft OfficeAbility to write clearly and help with word processing when necessaryStrong customer service skillsWarm personality with strong communications skillsComfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasksExcellent organization skillsValid Driver’s License About 10Pearls 10Pearls is a growing, energetic, and highly-reputed product development company that specializes in mobile apps, enterprise software, gamification, and great user experiences.
