Nu Flow America, an Aquam Group Company, manufactures and installs non-invasive pipe renewal products to rehabilitate a wide variety of pipes including potable drinking water, drain lines and mechanical systems in residential, commercial, industrial and municipal buildings.Nu Flow is the global industry leader in its market and owns the rights to 21 patents.Job Description:Nu Flow America has an immediate opening for an experienced individual in the building operations and management industry to join our Contract Management team in Los Angeles, CA.Nu Flow specializes in non-invasive pipe renewal solutions for high-profile clients in the public and private sectors.Reporting to the Regional Manager, this key person will be responsible for identifying, developing and managing new and existing clients in each market with a strong focus on building operations and sales.Building Operations Account Manager Job Duties:Identify and develop new clients and projects in high-rises, commercial, industrial, municipal and multi-unit residential buildingsActively perform networking activities (associations, events etc.)Identifies market potential by qualifying accountsInitiates sales process by making contact with key personnel and scheduling appointments; making presentations when necessary; understanding account requirementsCloses sales by building rapport with potential account; explaining product and service capabilities; overcoming objections; preparing contractsManages accounts through the sales cycle and works with operations to ensure project deliveryRemain up to date on relevant industry regulations and trendsThe ideal candidate will possess the following:Proven ability to identify opportunities and develop long-standing client relationshipsPossess strong interpersonal and communications skillsExperience in preparing and submitting bid proposalAn understanding of building management and operationsSubcontract management experience and knowledge of building approvalsExperience:sales, account management, communications, contracting: 1 year (Required)
