We are looking for a motivated and results-driven National Account Manager that will be responsible for acquiring new business and managing existing relationships with solar installers and other high-revenue partners across the US.
A National Account Manager will be responsible for attaining an understanding of client success metrics and sales processes to ensure that clients are hitting their goals and obtaining the maximum benefit possible out of their leads.
Responsibilities
- Strategically manage a portfolio of clients to ensure financial gain as well as customer satisfaction
- Conduct research and acquire solar companies to sell leads to in perpetuity
- Troubleshoot client escalations in a timely manner to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Promote our best practices, manage client expectations, and help them grow their business
Requirements
- Proven sales track record as a business development manager or relevant role
- Experience selling large ticket advertising/leads or similar recurring revenues products is a plus
- Communication skills and ability to build rapport with C-level contacts
- Time management and planning skills
- 4+ years of sales experience (experience in the solar industry is a plus)
- Experience with SalesForce and other CRM solutions is a plus
