National Sales Enablement Manager, West Coast

Pursuit management* Collaborate with stakeholders in property management to write, design, and manage all sales collateral, including but not limited to: pitches, proposals, presentations, brochures and other pursuit-related materials.* Partner with Regional and Group Managers on the West Coast for all new business pursuits and expand/retain existing clients.* Develop customized and/or JLL-branded, professional-quality, impactful collateral timely and efficiently to help meet internal and external client needs.* Manage the sales enablement process, including setting and maintaining timelines for successful delivery of materials; Act as the pursuit project manager, ensuring the right team is in place, timelines are communicated, content owners are identified and the right resources are in place to successfully execute.* Assess requirements, acquire content from subject matter experts and team members, formulate clear and effective responses and comply with all solicitation requirements* Research prospects’ business and objectives to contribute to sales strategy; identify appropriate content and messaging to support sales strategy.* In partnership with Marketing, communicate service line messaging simply and impactfully through copy and design of all client-facing materials, including case studies/success stories.* Create monthly market snapshots and city market updates for new business presentations* Assume accountability for quality control of all proposal/presentation deliverables.

Perform copy editing and proofreading of all deliverables to quickly produce clear and accurate documents.* Develop and collect graphics, compile content, design presentations, flip books, interactive PDFs, sales collateral, placemats, etc.* Adopt and execute technology (i.e., Adobe Publish Online, Adobe Spark, digital/interactive, Weebly) to create winning, creative presentations.* Manage multiple proposals and presentations simultaneously.* Continuously bring forward new ways to present material to improve pitches and proposals.* Track the results of and collect feedback for new business pursuits.* Manage out-sourced projects to ensure their timely and on-brand completion.* As part of the National Sales Enablement team, work closely with team members on the following:* Engage in National Sales Enablement team initiatives to help win, retain and grow achieve overall goals for property management business* Adopt new business protocols and practices as part of firm’s sales enablement initiatives and in efforts to streamline processes and create efficiencies* Stay abreast of research trends and technology tools to implement in sales enablement efforts* Identify opportunities to elevate sales materials and presentations/proposals through digital and technology solutions* Partner with other sales enablement teams (national and local) to deliver Industry-related content and proposal responses* Share ideas and best practices with the National Sales Enablement team (i.e., office, retail, industrial, medical office, life sciences)* Collaborate with National Marketing to ensure brand alignment, consistency, and content messaging,* Participate in special projects related to promoting our property management services on a national levelRelationship management* Engage with numerous internal stakeholders and knowledge experts within the organization to obtain necessary information to complete business development materials.* Ability to help experts within the business to articulate their messages succinctly and effectively.* Partner with and tech teams to use new tools and resources to drive productivity.* Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with the company’s values; provide excellent customer service.Knowledge management* Oversee content management for all JLL West Coast Property Management collateral* Leverage latest internal research and communications featured in external and internal communications as well as marketing materials, proposals and pitches.* Leverage technology tools to support team efficiently (e.g.

SharePoint, MicrosoftTeams).* Maintain library of frequently used materials, team bios and headshots, and pursuit pipeline.* Identify best practices and innovations to improve win rates and sales efficiency.* Develop and oversee sales and governance processes, including pipeline management, aligned with National Sales Enablement team practices.* Generate key reports to manage pipeline and status, highlighting risks and priorities.Required skills* Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 4 to 7 years of proposal management/business development* Experience in commercial real estate industry preferred* Expert writing abilities–skilled at writing concise sales-driven marketing copy in a variety of voices, while equally expert at developmental editing and copyediting* Expert project management skills, with ability to multi-task while still maintaining quality of work and meeting deadlines* Strong computer skills–advanced knowledge Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Word)and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign); graphics and design capabilities a plus* Superior organization skills–proven ability to organize content according to user needs and management feasibility* Ability to shift easily between strategic initiatives and tactical day-to-day responsibilities* Ability to engage and interact effectively with management and employees at all levels* Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills, solid judgment and decisiveness* Ability to absorb and translate broad concepts and ideas into clear and concise communications* Proactive, flexible, and resourceful individual able to produce results with minimal guidance* Ability to work well under pressure and to meet tight deadlines#LI-KB1JLL Privacy NoticeJones Lang LaSalle (JLL), together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, is a leading global provider of real estate and investment management services.
