Multi-Unit Manager

This position provides support and leadership for multiple wellness retail locations each with a team of 4-8 employees.

Priorities for succeeding in this position are the development of successful teams and continued growth of the business in each location.

This is a fully on-site position that requires continuous travel between locations.

JOB FUNCTIONS

The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not necessarily limited to:
Motivating and leading teams to be patient focused, results oriented while maximizing sales, identifying opportunities and establishing creative solutions.

Creating a patient focused culture by observing and collaborating on S.M.A.R.T.

action plans.

Analyzing sales and create S.M.A.R.T.

action plans to drive continuous improvement and sales growth.

Managing overall clinic standards, clinic operational procedures, and company policy within area.

Continuously network and manage clinic staffing levels including sourcing, recruiting, hiring and onboarding.

Providing continuous and on-going training and development for clinic team.

Following-up on all deadlines and ensuring 100% participation and execution of all assignments/tasks.

Providing Leadership with status updates for each clinic on progress with KPIs, staffing to grow the business, and overall clinic brand.

Responsibility for continual process improvement and development through KPI performance measurements.

Using good judgment in decision making, Handling employee concerns, complaints, or grievances by partnering with Human Resources, or if applicable, the using disciplinary or corrective actions (including termination decisions).

Performing any and all other duties as assigned.

SKILLS REQUIRED

· Bachelors degree in Business or related field.

· Passion for health and wellbeing.

· No less than 2 years experience exceeding consumer sales goals and expectations in multi-unit business.

· Ability to visit all locations within the market routinely and to be consistently available to include weekends.

· Above average interpersonal and presentation skills with a focus on mentorship and motivation.

· Must have a high aptitude for solution selling and a successful track record of closing deals.

· Have a sense of urgency, excellent time management skills, and an high aptitude for setting and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

· Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with other departments to to achieve goals.

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
