The Team – Enterprise & Cloud Applications

Our Enterprise & Cloud Applications team is comprised of functional and technical experts within Dynamics/Business Central.

Tackle the challenges that come with implementing, optimizing, and maintaining cloud investments.

Advise fast growing companies and well-known enterprises (both publicly traded and privately held) on a wide variety of projects including Microsoft Dynamics GP, NAV, CRM, and Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC).

Your Impact

  • Perform in a leadership role and help shape the strategic direction of the Dynamics practice.
  • Responsible for driving business development, both by expanding and growing existing accounts and pursuing new client opportunities for the firm, including deal shaping, discovery, demonstrations, and analysis.
  • Architect, design and develop full-lifecycle development efforts which are based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM, Canvas or Model Driven frameworks.
  • Translate clients’ processes and requirements into a BC solution, including systems integrations and recommended ISVs or ‘best of breed’ solutions.
  • Identify, design and implement creative business solutions to continually improve the firm’s methodology and approach around architectural best practices and customization standards for the Dynamics practice.
  • Create and deliver presentations on technical concepts, project work plans, delivery approach, milestones, and results to client stakeholders and customers at senior executive levels.
  • Review team progress to ensure compliance with work program and professional standards.
  • Mentor and develop team members.
  • Actively participate in career development activities and technical training of staff.

Your Experience

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 8+ years direct Microsoft Dynamics implementation, upgrade, and support experience.
  • Dynamics NAV or Business Central experience with one or more of the following: Accounting & Finance, Project Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, Production Control (Process), Manufacturing, Warehouse, Master Planning or Transportation Management.
  • Background with Dynamics GP, Dynamics CRM/365, Dynamics AX or Dynamics F&O.
  • Experience with Agile software development and associated lifecycle artifacts.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM platform, the entity model, security model, and Web services.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 / CRM and/or Power Platform.
  • 8+ years of Tier 1 or Tier 2 consulting experience.
  • Experience with multiple, full life-cycle implementations.
  • Experience training and supporting end users.
  • Hands on experience with the following: Procure to pay (Procurement, Accounts Payable), Quote to Cash (Sales Order, Accounts Receivable, Invoicing, Revenue Recognition), Inventory, Fixed Assets, General ledger, Professional Services, Contract Management, Cash Disbursements / Cash Receipts.
  • Strong track record of meeting business development targets and developing thought leadership materials.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate and build teams that deliver services and solutions that surpass client expectations.
  • Ability to lead workshops, including the gathering/documenting of requirements and use-cases and recommendation of envisioned processes.
  • Strong business skills and experience in accounting, finance or operations.
  • Ability to assess functional and technical gaps in designs.
  • Ability to define and articulate Business Benefits and Costs.
  • Experience developing detailed work plans for project activities within scope of application responsibility.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, IT, or related field.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% or more.
