We have been around for over 15 years and specialize in Conventional and JUMBO loan programs.

* Excellent Bonus Program* Competitive Base Salary* Unlimited Overtime* Health Benefits * Growth Opportunity Job Details * Looking for a knowledgeable hands on problem solver to hire, train, lead and manage current and future employees in our respective disclosure, processing, funding and compliance departments.* Ensure customers have a positive experience and employees are held accountable for their actions.* Processor Management includes but is not limited to:* Load Leveling Processors so they do not become overwhelmed.* Identify, address and resolve aging loans in processor pipelines* Ensure Processors are to submitting new loans within 48 hours of receipt.* Ensure Processors are to providing the borrower with a weekly update via email and phone call.
Would prefer 2 updates to borrower per week.* Also looking for processors to have a weekly update with their respective loan officers on their files to provide status.* Ensure Processors close their assigned loans within 45 days of receiving the file unless there is a special circumstance.* Handle and respond to complaints clients may have on processors Interested in hearing more?
