Duties and Responsibilities
- Underwrites C&I loans and middle-market clients: facilitates the preparation of credit underwriting and analysis of new and existing C&I loans in connection with renewals and modifications (CRE experience ok too).
- Prepares stress test reports for all loans.
- Prepares quarterly and annual reviews of existing loans to assess credit quality and covenant compliance
- Manages a complex C&I loan portfolio which includes maintaining credit quality, delinquency control, adherence to bank policies/procedures, and compliance with all banking regulations
- Evaluate loan purpose and disbursement procedures for all loans and determine the source of cash collateral on cash secured loans in accordance with the bank’s Bank Secrecy Act policy and procedures
