Shift Available: Wed-Sat 3pm-12am, flex Tues 3pm-11pmJOB SUMMARY:Under the supervision of the Assistant Director, the Milieu Manager is responsible for the overall functioning of the program.The Milieu Manager provides the first line of supervision of direct care staff, as well as a healthy, therapeutic, and safe environment for residents and their children through direct care.

The Milieu Managers act as the facility manager when the Assistant Directors and Directors are not in-house.ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:* Provides direct supervision of residential counselors.* Provides supervision, protection, and care of residents individually and in groups at all times.* Provides assistance to each resident in working with a group and in handling individual problems.* Provides direct supervision of residential counselors.* Administers discipline and setting of limits for behavior.* Documents residents progress; identifies possible need for professional services; communicates such findings to professional staff.* Maintain confidentiality as required by St.

Anne’s, licensing, HIPAA, and other regulatory agencies.* Completes and updates Special Incident Reports (SIRs) on I-Track system.* Able to exercise “Reasonable Prudent Parent” rights in relation to residents’ treatment program.* Monitor completion and accuracy of head checks and room checks by residential counselors and conducts random safety room checks.QUALIFICATIONS:* Bachelor’s Degree of Arts or Sciences Degree.* Experience in a residential treatment or work with adolescents preferred.* Experience supervising staff.* Must possess and maintain a valid California Driver’s License and a driving record acceptable to the agency’s insurance carrier.* Physical ability to perform Pro-ACT, administer first aid/CPR and operate an Agency motor vehicle.* Ability to receive and implement constructive feedback.* St.
