Operations Manager

· Directly reporting to CEO, President of company

· Overseeing a several departments, purchasing, production, supply chain, sourcing, warehouse and sales

· Comfortable wearing multiple hats, taking on full ownership of your operations, and leading, and developing the teams.

· Develop strategic plans for optimized productivity by departments

· Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivated work environment, and creating innovative approaches for improvement

· Provide guidance and feedback to help others strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas

· A strong engineering or operations mindset is required to address the complexity, including: labor planning, inbound operation: space management, equipment maintenance and reliability, outbound operation: transportation and logistics, automation, safety, quality, productivity, and peak planning and execution.

· Actively improve processes and systems

· Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished on time

· Implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans

· Delegate responsibilities to the best employees to perform them while enforcing all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values

· Resolve internal staff conflicts efficiently and to the mutual benefit of those involved

  • Responsible for establishing metrics, business plan development, and managing organizational structure.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

·      Proven experience in a managerial role

·      Strong decision-making capabilities

·      Strong negotiation skills

·      Proven ability to develop and maintain financial plans

·      Ability to motivate and lead people, and hold employees accountable

·      Strong working knowledge of operational procedures

·      Problem solving, analytical skills and critical thinking

·      Strong in Excel, Word, Microsoft

·       Bachelor’s Degree in business management or finance

·       Organization’s skills is a must

·      Apparel background- 10 years minimum experience

·       Directive to consumer business knowledge is a must

·      Office based only

·      Accounting knowledge- must
