We’re looking for a thought leader and career media investment powerhouse to join our world-class in-house Media Team.

The Reality Labs Global Media team (part of Meta Reality Labs’ Global Marketing Communications Organization) is in the process of scaling significantly as we continue to expand our marketing efforts across our product portfolio, and engage more meaningfully with both our internal and external partners.

The Director of Reserve Channel Excellence will be part of the Media Leadership Team, and will be responsible for driving innovation and leading the investment strategy across our Reality Labs portfolio, serving as a thought leader on the media landscape and infusing deep channel expertise into our work.

Our ideal candidate will be an experienced, data-driven media leader, who proactively identifies risks and opportunities to improve and drive efficiencies throughout the funnel while moving business metrics forward for maximum impact.

They will excel in a fast-paced environment and be effective at establishing collaborative working relationships with various teams across disciplines and levels.

They will have the proven ability to build, support, and inspire a high-performing team to do the best work of their careers.Responsibilities:Define the Reserve Channel Media vision and metrics for successSteward your direct team’s development and career growthPartner with the Media leadership team on strategic portfolio/team wide initiatives that will up-level and deliver best-in-class outputs across the organizationIdentify next practices based on marketplace and business evolution (advanced T/V, personalization at scale, evolution of audio & brand identity, etc.)Serve as a credible expert internally to represent the Media Team in all Reserve channelsProvide ongoing Reserve Channel expertise to the Reality Labs Media Team and other cross functional partners across the organization as neededPartner with Media Agency to lead thinking and push recommendations to encompass advanced learnings while achieving business objectivesConduct ongoing landscape assessments to identify new partners to testPartner with appropriate stakeholders (agencies, Decision Science, Insights, Marketing counterparts, etc.) to influence testing of new capabilities (e.G.
