We are a very rapidly expanding home improvement brand, looking for an experienced sales manager, coach and trainer to assist in the recruiting, on-boarding and training of new sales representatives, as we expand into new markets.The sales management position would be a base salary plus an override on all company sales, as it expands into new markets, so the earning opportunity is very substantial.This is an incredible opportunity to a multi-state brand, and be a significant part of it’s continues expansion.
Candidate must be a master closer and salesman, with an effective sales methodology, have at least 5 years of home improvement sales experience.
Previous training and management experience is strong preferred.
Job will require travel part time.Candidate must work well within a close knit management team, be hand-on, effective and responsible.
