You will design eCommerce Merchandising strategies that deliver a world-class customer experience.

You will drive eCommerce Sales through customer acquisition and engagement and will constantly monitor customer satisfaction.

You are an experienced eCommerce professional, with solid technology comprehension and a passion for digital transformation.n n What You’ll Do And How You’ll Make An Impactn Develop and execute the marketplace lifecycle merchandising strategy for Communications Services, to drive revenue goals and deliver best-in-class personalized customer experience Partner with Product Management, Design and Marketing teams to establish marketplace business requirements to drive customer acquisition and retention Analyze weekly and daily performance, provide insights and drive day to day optimization of the marketplace Conduct market research to understand best practice, competitive eCommerce trends, customer needs and pricing Develop and establish success metrics of merchandising campaigns to drive traffic and engagement on the marketplace Develop tools and processes (Pricing processes, etc.) n n What You’ll Need/Assetsn Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or a related field 3+ years of experience in eCommerce merchandising, ideally in B2B 3+ years of experience in developing go-to-market strategies 3+ years experience with marketing technology Deep knowledge of eCommerce best practices Proven track record of driving digital revenue growth through merchandising strategic initiatives Customer centric with a deep understanding of customer needs strategic approach to online merchandising Proven track record of optimizing merchandising strategy using metrics Proven negotiating skills and cross-functional collaboration and influencing abilities Working knowledge of Communications Services solutions Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong creative, critical thinking, and intuitive problem-solving skills Project management skills including measurement, reporting and financial analysis.
