Who you are
The Merchandise Manager at TSM will manage the daily operations of the merch department. We are looking for a data-driven professional to join us in the fast-growing esports and video game industry. You will report directly to the VP of Apparel and play a key role in making TSM the #1 esports apparel and merchandise brand in the world.
What you’ll do
- Create weekly sales reports, monitor sales performance.
- Monitor inventory and manage replenishments and discounting.
- Manage uploading of products into Shopify.
- Manage and update master product spreadsheet and data.
- Create and manage department calendars.
- Issue purchase orders and manage general correspondence with manufacturers.
- Manage correspondence with 3pl/warehouse and logistics.
- Work hands-on with TSM finance department on all merch-related.
- Coordinate clothing samples and product photography process.
- Manage all incoming product requests from talent and sales/partnerships teams.
. Requirements:
- 4+ years experience in a similar role in e-commerce, apparel, or esports companies.
- Strong Microsoft Excel is required
- Strong understanding of the Shopify
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and meticulous.
- Proven analytical skills and ability to interpret quantitative data sets.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to manage a small team.
- Knowledge of tech packs a plus.
