Membership Outreach Manager- Soho Warehouse DTLA

Reporting to: Membership Manager:The Membership Outreach Manager is a direct link between Soho Warehouse and the creativecommunities in the city. Constantly representing Soho House, this role is active in the city,attending events, gallery exhibitions, new restaurant openings, etc., in the art, music, fashionet al. industries to recruit new suitable members to Soho House.An integral part of the role is targeted outreach: developing relationships with organizations,companies, and artists, and translating those relationships into membership applications.A successful Outreach Manager will have many existing relationships in various creativecommunities and a thirst to build a vital and growing community in and outside of the Club. Theywill be able to translate active outreach into recruitment in a seamless way, and will greatlycontribute to the growth of the membership body.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:· Presence in the House 3-4 days per week, plus 1-2 pre-arranged days per week spent outside ofthe House actively engaging with the local community· Attend pertinent events in the city that our members and prospective applicants would frequent· Create and maintain database of people potentially interested in membership and reach out inadvance of Committee Meetings.
