_About The Role: _ We are currently seeking qualified part-time and full-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT’s) and students enrolled in Masters programs for Psychology, Social Work, Child Psychology, BCaBA, BCBA, ABA, etc.
to provide in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services to children, youth, and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities.
Behavior technicians are responsible for assisting Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement behavior plans through in-home direct intervention.
They will assist patients with day to day activities, monitor their behavior, record and collect data on patients’ progress, and communicate with clients.
Other administrative duties may apply.
_Job Details: _ Provide behavior intervention services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disorders in the home, school, and in the community.
Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans created by and under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Collect and record data using our online platform Complete accurate treatment notes at the end of your sessions Strictly follow BCBA guidelines and codes of conduct Attend team meetings and promote team oriented atmosphere Motivate and encourage clients and their families and provide parent training _Qualifications: _ Experience providing ABA therapy services BA or BS required, preferred Master’s (or enrollment in a current program) Experience working with individuals with special needs, autism is preferred (not required) Reliable car, proof of auto insurance and valid driver’s license required Must be available between the hours of 4:00pm
