- Develop strategies and improvement to optimize the listing review process
- Define KPIs and SLAs to ensure efficiency, quality and expense management
- Manage product review team, including hiring, staffing, scheduling and performance.
- Track, manage and analyze product listing traffic
- Partner with the Fraud and Disputes team to identify irregularities in listings
- Drive continual improvement to support our ever-changing product offerings
- Identify product needs and solutions related to content quality and scaling our moderation system
- Investigate and quickly respond to issues regarding listings
- Periodically audit active listings for accuracy
We are looking for:
- 2+ years experience with product listing management, content moderation or other customer experience skills
- Experience managing remote teams
- Understanding of the secondary sneaker or streetwear market
- Awareness of current events and sensitivity to global culture climate
- Excellent critical thinking and decision making
- Strong written and oral communication
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Experience analyzing data with SQL, Excel and Google Sheets a plus
