Marketing & Project Coordinator

Description

We’re on the lookout for an uber-organized Project / Marketing Coordinator with a ‘can do’ attitude, who wants to make an impact and has a keen interest in learning, marketing and storytelling.

If that sounds like you then you will thrive in this 15 year old company still run like a small startup.

We are an award winning hybrid half-learning/ half-marketing agency that sometimes seems like a production company!

We win opportunities with interesting and large clients and innovative startups to deliver impactful solutions.

Check out our website for case studies… We are looking for a superstar to be an integral part of our top-notch client services team, preferably with experience in or commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Do you care about having an impact on culture?

We do a lot of work in the Diversity, Inclusion and Equity space
– using video to bring important stories to life.

Seeking a self-starter who shares our passion for brand development and multi-platform communication initiatives, has experience planning and implementing short and long-term projects and cares about delivering high-quality, innovative, and effective learning solutions that exceed the client’s expectations.

50% of our work comes from learning – videos, live events and e-learning projects which often have significant impact on people’s lives.

A differentiator is our ability to use interactivity and video to illustrate complex ideas for both learning and marketing communications and you will have the opportunity to learn more about how these kinds of stories are developed and the positive impact they deliver to targeted audiences.

We wear many hats and take pride in being nimble.

We value diversity in approach and seek a new teammate who fits in and executes at the highest level of quality, on time, and on budget.

We love our work and our clients – non-profits to Fortune 500s – and we are looking for someone who wants to learn and grow with our team.

The position is flexible with hours as long as the job gets done and we actually have two openings so if you prefer part-time and are a real star we might have place for you or it could full time.

If you want us to consider you
– tell us your unique story about your industry experience and why you are a match.
