Marketing Product Manager

The Marketing Product Manager is a key member of the marketing team focused on internal readiness and execution for the successful launch of Arcutis’ first product, Roflumilast, as well as multiple other products thereafter.

This role will be focused on supporting the overall planning and execution of the tactical plan for HCP promotion.

The Marketing Product Manager will demonstrate end-to-end process ownership of Promotional Review Committee (PRC) material reviews, updates, approvals, and OPDP submission assistance.

This role is instrumental for the seamless management of field force assets including, but not limited to, core promotional materials, product samples, and local conference sponsorships.

This position reports into the Director of HCP Marketing and works in close collaboration with commercial (e.g., Sales, Market Access, Commercial Operations) and non-commercial (e.g., Medical, Legal, Regulatory, Finance) business partners.

Responsibilities
Support the development and implementation of high-quality promotional materials aligned to the Roflumilast brand strategy across multiple channels including, representative promotion, digital and non-personal promotion Drive PRC process in accordance with SOP to ensure marketing materials are cleared for final production and external use including, but not limited to: Coordination with Commercial Ops on agenda development and submission of materials Ownership of accuracy of materials at all stages of review and approval Serving as meeting host or lead for review of materials, annotating necessary changes and/or resolution of comments Successfully manage scope, timeline and budget for assigned projects Prioritize and contribute to the execution of field force tactics in a coordinated and compliant way Collaborate with Commercial Ops for production and inventory management of field force materials Own implementation and day-to-day management of product sample programs Serve as “go to” for sales support for local and regional conferences (e.g., process, booth and materials) Measure tactical plan results and consistently refine tactics to maximize performance and ROI Analyze situations and provide logical recommendations or action planning based on available data sources (sales, clinical, market access, market research) Establish trustworthy working relationships with internal, cross-functional and external partners

Qualifications
B.S.

or B.A.

degree required 3+ years of brand marketing and/or project management experience within the pharmaceutical, biotech, device, or healthcare industry Familiarity with marketing fundamentals, sales, and/or Commercial policies and practices Demonstrated understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements Dermatology and/or launch experience is a plus
