We are seeking a talented and energetic Marketing Manager to support the VP of Sales in leading our marketing. The Marketing Manager plays a central role in the success of NRI helping to grow our brands strength and reach through developing and sharing our story.

This position guides the promotion of NRIs brand message and values through all marketing channels. The Marketing Manager will work directly with our VP of Sales and will also interact directly with other internal departments, agencies, clients, and vendors as needed. As well as crafting and promoting NRIs brand to potential clients, this individual works with our People Experience team to promote NRI as a premium employer – bolstering out talent acquisition efforts. This position provides the freedom for and expectation of creativity. For the right individual, there is significant growth and leadership opportunity within this role.

The ideal candidate can easily adapt and be resourceful within a changing and fast paced environment to create and support the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns helping to grow NRIs business. You are comfortably independent but also embrace collaboration and working within a dynamic, positive, and energetic team. You are able to manage a high volume of projects with varied KPIs. Prime candidates must be highly analytical and organized, with a good eye for quality content and a strong sense of how to measure success on consumer campaigns. A sense of humor is additionally welcomed.

This position will be located in Los Angeles, CA.

The Must Haves:

  • 5+ years experience in a marketing role
  • Bachelors Degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field desired, but not required
  • Experience in content marketing and across all social media platforms (such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter)
  • Must have a strong proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Ads
  • Must have working knowledge of WordPress and SEO strengthening
  • Must be proficient with all of Microsoft Office programs
  • Must have working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as necessary

Things You Will be Doing

  • Own the definition, planning, and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Manage the content creation for newsletters, press releases, presentations, social content, articles, creative briefs, and relationship building programs.
  • Identify new ways to amplify our brand in new and established markets
  • Understand how to achieve growth goals within a marketing budget
  • Analyze and communicate on performance of all marketing campaigns to evaluate success and to regularly identify areas for optimization
  • Manage corporate website SEO, updates and improvements directly and using external vendors
  • Other activities as required
