Marketing Manager

Position Summary: Marketing Manager will be responsible for setting strategy, direction and implementing tactical execution for ADT’s B2B commercial security segment.

Objectives will include marketing new solutions and working with the sales, vertical and product teams to create a variety of marketing deliverables to increase awareness and grow market share.This person will create a movement to heighten product/solution exposure, promote a consistent brand image and ultimately excitement and awareness for the brand offerings.

Duties and Responsibilities: Play a key role as part of the marketing team participating in discussions and projects that support the overall team goals including but not limited to: Solutions Marketing Manage the creation of product, solution, and vertical sales tools/collateral including brochures, sell sheets, email content, social post templates, presentations, direct mail, etc.

and oversee the process from start to finish – to drive awareness and lead generation for each solution Collaborate with internal sales, vertical, products & solutions teams as well as external vendor partners to develop a robust marketing strategy to differentiate ADT Commercial and increase awareness Commercialize new product and solution offerings managing an integrated marketing launch coordinating with sales, product and marketing team leads Grow share of wallet by marketing full/comprehensive ADT Commercial product/solution menu across existing customers for cross-sale opportunities Proactively look for new ways to gain product/solution exposure internally and externally Effectively communicate sales tools and solution materials so they are accessible and well utilized by employees Qualifications: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or related field 5 years experience in B2B marketing Experience marketing services preferred Exposure to Marketing Automation a plus Experience in Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop a plus Attributes: Experience working effectively in cross-functional and remote teams to deliver projects in a rapid paced environment Strong project management skills to execute numerous projects simultaneously with accountability for project deadlines Successful track record building consensus and influencing stakeholders in order to implement strategy and achieve results Ability to effectively work together with marketers, product managers, and sales teams alike Candidate must have an entrepreneurial and self-starting mentality and be able to deal with ambiguity Candidate must be organized, driven, and a fast learner Excellent creative, communication and critical thinking skills
