WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
As a Marketing Manager at FAT Brands, you’ll play a critical role on the marketing team, positioning our brands for future growth by strategically planning and implementing promotional calendars, managing the roll out processes for new initiatives, and ensuring for a seamless guest experience when purchasing from any of our restaurants (inclusive, but not limited to in-store purchases, online purchases, third-party delivery purchases, etc.) You will work closely with the in-house marketing, social media, design, and operations teams to help develop and implement plans that set our brands apart and drive top line growth to our restaurants.
This is the perfect role for someone who is organized, creative, and data driven.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to strategize and implement the marketing calendars for Fatburger, Johnny Rockets, Elevation Burger, and Yalla Mediterranean.
Support franchisees on all brand-level marketing initiatives.
Manage and support new initiative roll outs, inclusive, but not limited to: limited time offers, online ordering, marketing promotions, new menu roll outs, etc.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop clear internal and external communications around marketing promotions.
Manage in-store signage/POP orders from ideation to in-hands date.
Proactively identify pain points and opportunities across the various purchasing paths to help our brands scale for future growth.
Draw on both internal and external sources to define new ideas for our brands.
Light copywriting required, but access to a full time in-house copywriter as a resource.
Develop and maintain a repository of all marketing collateral across each brand to ensure restaurants have a clear understanding of the complete guest experience across the system.
**Responsibilities may fluctuate based on experience and future brand acquisitions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS (EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE, ETC.)
At least 2-3 years of directly applicable managerial marketing experience, preferably in a nationally branded, franchised restaurant environment.
Knowledge of printing specs and experience placing print orders, proofing files, creating distribution lists, etc.

A bachelor’s degree in marketing, psychology, communications, or related field required.
Advanced written communication skills required.
Experience using Dropbox, Brandfolder, and Asana preferred.
Dependable transportation required.
Willing to travel within the U.S.
when necessary, although travel will be limited.
