Job Summary

We are JC Sales, the established leader in wholesale distribution. We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager who will help establish our web presence and be responsible for applying various marketing mix to drive qualified traffic to grow our inside sales channels’ revenue and build a strong brand identity for the company and our products. To be successful in this role, you should have a wealth of hands-on experience in utilizing web analytics tools, various social media platforms, SEO/SEM tools and be able to create effective advertising campaigns with a proven track record of driving results.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain a marketing plan to grow our web presence, build a brand identity, and drive qualified traffic to increase our sales
  • Create and manage ongoing optimization efforts of Paid Search/Social campaigns, including daily budget monitoring, bid management, keyword research, and on-site conversion and keyword strategy based on performance history
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (Ecommerce, International, Showroom, Online Direct Sales) to drive qualified traffic to grow channel performance
  • Apply advanced PPC/Adwords management, SEO/SEM and other marketing campaigns
  • Manage campaigns with a data-driven approach and compile insights as a report
  • Monitor marketing budget

Requirements:

  • Advanced social media marketing, including FB, Insta, Yahoo, Bing, LinkedIn, etc. (3 years)
  • Advanced lead generation skills across all platforms (3 years)
  • Advanced PPC management; (3 years)
  • Advanced SEO management (3 years)
  • Knowledge of digital advertising trends, including new platforms and features
  • Exceptional skills with spreadsheets and reporting and able to interpret data to draw conclusions and insights
  • Strong project management, organizational, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
