Marketing Director

Director of Marketing to support our Marketing Department . In this role you will have the opportunity to perform the following responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s business activities.
  • Supervise the department and provide guidance and feedback to other marketing professionals.
  • Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently.
  • Plan and execute campaigns for corporate promotion, launching of new campaigns etc.
  • Monitor progress and submit performance reports.
  • Responsible for producing valuable content for the company’s online presence, editorial design and organizing the company’s publications.
  • Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor’s marketing movements.
  • Control budgets and allocate resources amongst projects.
  • Bring a team-oriented and positive attitude to our Downtown Los Angeles office.

Your Skills:

  • Proven experience as Marketing Director.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in digital marketing and social media.
  • Excellent leadership and organizing skills.
  • Analytical and a creative thinker.
  • Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices.
  • Thorough knowledge of web analytics (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.) and Google Adwords.
  • Professional chartered marketer (CIM) is a plus.
  • BS/BA in business administration, marketing, and communications or relevant field.

  • Optimize online marketing campaigns/activity
  • Manage a marketing strategy team
  • Formulate product sales and marketing strategies
  • Track results of marketing efforts across all marketing mediums
  • Understand specific product marketing strategies
  • Develop and implement marketing concepts for direct marketing efforts
  • Execute company’s event marketing strategy
  • Ensuring strategic marketing plan and brand development
  • Oversee all direct marketing communications
  • Ensure marketing sales goals and campaigns
  • Develop media strategy for activating all marketing campaigns
  • Fulfill sales and marketing initiatives
  • Manage marketing promotions and campaigns
  • Design a quarterly marketing schedule of specific marketing events
