JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
This commercial construction assistant project manager will report to one of their lead project managers in Los Angeles within their commercial building division with exposure and opportunity to learn from multiple high-level executives within the California leadership team.
Additional responsibilities include:
Take part and assist with the pre-planning and conceptual phase
Develop relationships with clients and stakeholders and maintain them moving forward
Work with subcontractors
– create and maintain positive relationships
Assist in developing and maintaining the project schedule
Communicate project schedule to subs and vendors
Budget management
– assist in establishing project strategy to meet profit goals
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
A minimum of 4-5+ years’ of total career experience employed for a mid-large size commercial contractor since post grad
A bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or another applicable major from a U.S.

accredited college or university
Past experience working on ground-up commercial construction projects ranging at a minimum total value of 25M+
THE COMPENSATION PACKAGE:
The successful commercial construction assistant project manager will be compensated with a competitive annual base salary ranging between $100,000.00 to $125,000.00 based off work experience (this figure does not include additional perks and bonuses that are listed below).
