Manager, Worldwide Segmentation (Preferred Customer Experience)

The Preferred Customer Experience (PCX) Manager will be responsible for working with the Global PCX and Regional teams on transformational business projects that will directly impact how the company identifies, segments, communicates with, and supports the Distributors’ Customers (Preferred Customers).

This position will be critical to support the acceleration of PCX globally as part of the company’s customer strategy.

The Manager, Worldwide Segmentation (Preferred Customer Experience) reports to the Sr.

Director of Worldwide Segmentation and supports regional and country level business goals by managing the coordination and completion of projects (including PCX sub-projects, such as 2k SP Qualification and Referrals).

The candidate will be responsible for monitoring and summarizing the progress of the Preferred Customer program and will be responsible for communicating with upper management.

Additionally, the candidate will have the opportunity to participate in enhancements to the Preferred Customer program.

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills; be able to relate to the Distributor / Customer point of view; and be able to work well with large cross-functional working groups.

How you would contribute:
Work with the country and regional teams to track key decisions (business attributes) Facilitate and coordinate the governance associated with the gathering of business requirements across markets, ensuring that GTS has the necessary info to maintain project timelines Manage the PCX questionnaires and facilitate the sharing of cross-market info with the corporate teams Create and manage repository of business documentation Manage the end-to-end tracker for all markets.

Roll this up to PCX leadership to track progress on a larger scale, helping team to identify issues ahead of time Represent team on select weekly country status calls Work with regions/countries that have launched PCX, to gather examples of their activation campaigns and results, in order to promote the sharing of best practices across markets Collaborate with Business Analytics teams to facilitate the sharing of metrics across markets (and represent market needs with the BA team) Support weekly core team calls (for PCX).

This includes tracking of key updates, follow up on deliverables, and maintaining documentation of weekly progress.

Manage business content the PCX SharePoint site, which is to be used by the company as a one-stop shop for front facing PCX information Perform additional duties as assigned.

Skills and background required to be successful:
Entrepreneurial/Self-Starter able to oversee complex projects with multiple stakeholders Ability to learn new concepts quickly and adapt to changing priorities Strategic thinker with ability to operate and execute at detailed levels Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills Strong presentation and negotiation skills Ability to understand cross-functional dependencies and prioritize workload for large-scale initiatives to deliver effective and timely implementations Data-driven analytical thinker with strong execution skills Ability to quickly involve appropriate stakeholders to resolve urgent business issues/decisions when needed Strong Distributor and Herbalife customer orientation Strong analytical and organization skills Ability to work across a variety of functions, cultures, locations, and time zones
Experience:
7+ years’ experience in business analysis, large scale transformational implementations and/or sales strategy Must have experience in multinational company working directly with stakeholders across various functions and regions Experience managing high-profile corporate initiatives with cross-functional workflows Experience managing multiple projects and communications with multiple stakeholders and business groups Experience and familiarity with data analytics and business intelligence platforms and/or Exact Target and Salesforce platforms Experience working in a direct selling or multi-level marketing company and an understanding of their independent distributor compensation programs
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, economics, or relevant field of experience Health & Wellness important to you?
