Description Providing leadership and guidance to teams operating shows across the country, the Marketing Director is responsible for creating and supervising the marketing programs that bring visitors to Wonderspaces shows. Responsibilities Establish, maintain, and supervise the company’s marketing strategy, campaigns and programs including social, email, and influencer channels Create new marketing campaigns that leverage the company’s unique partnerships with artists Coordinate public relations with contracted local and national agencies Capture and share knowledge and learnings across shows and teams Coach local marketing managers in each city Establish and oversee the marketing budget Implement measurement and experimentation to put marketing resources to their most productive use and improve over time Other related duties as assigned Requirements Seven years marketing experience including social media Creative spirit who can also think in terms of systems design Superior communications skills, including writing and design Ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities Extremely organized and detail-oriented Commitment to continuous improvement via strong processes Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or equivalent preferred A desire to work in a fast-paced start-up environment Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 Location: Remote with up to one week per quarter of travel.
