Be the driving force behind Carbon Health Regional Growth!

Our Market Development team is responsible for driving growth of the business across our regions nationwide.

We work with local health systems, medical groups, payors, employers, government agencies, and other stakeholders.

You will own the growth plan and execution in your region, leading business development efforts, scaling growth initiatives, and rolling out new programs.

You will personally lead efforts with the largest regional stakeholders, and build a team to scale growth initiatives.

You will work incredibly closely with your ‘triad’ counterparts the Regional Operations Director and Regional Clinical Director as well as central Growth related functions.

What Youll Do

• Work with cross-functional stakeholders to create the regional growth plan, including all aspects of the business such as clinic footprint expansion, service line expansion, payor contracting, payor and provider BD, enterprise sales etc.

• Partner with internal stakeholders critical to driving growth (e.g., operations, clinical, real estate, marketing, partnerships, market access, product, data science, finance, legal) 

• Manage growth levers by aggressively experimenting with tactics and iterating based on initial traction to drive scalable results

• Manage and conduct targeted outreach to strategic ecosystem partners, identify partnership opportunities and drive deals to execution

• Manage long-term commitments and relationships across top payors, providers, employers, and other stakeholders in the region

• Recruit and lead Market Development Manager(s) in your market

About You

• 10+ years in business development, partnerships, or growth-focused roles

• Experience in both health system and technology startup strongly preferred

• Strong executive presence, public speaking skills with a record of success selling at C-Suite or executive level in healthcare systems

• Advanced proficiency with MS Office
– (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and CRM Tool (Salesforce, ACT)

• Strategic mindset with innovative/creative approach to consultative, solutions-based selling to healthcare executives

• Bachelor’s degree required
