If you’re as passionate about your future as we are, join our team.KPMG is currently seeking a Managing Director in Corporate Finance for our Deal Advisory practice.Responsibilities:Assist organizations and their stakeholders with addressing issues that arise from underperformance, liquidity concerns, and insolvencySimultaneously manage multiple projects involving complex operational and financial problemsDrive business development effortsLead project teams in the identification of critical factors attributing to a corporation’s operational and financial under-performance, as well as develop and implement plans to return the organization to profitabilityHelp clients develop plans for communicating complex information, both quantitative and qualitative, to third-parties0Qualifications:Fifteen plus years of relevant advisory experience including mergers and acquisitions, sales and divestitures, buyouts; ten years of experience in XXXXXX-(industry or geo)Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in Business, Finance or a similar discipline,Licensed FINRA Series 7, 24, 63, 79Excellent business development, financial, analytical, and accounting skillsClient-focused, results-driven, and industry-savvy with strong connection to attorneys, lenders, and/or private equity firmsAbility to travel up to fifty percent of the timeKPMG LLP (the U.S.
