Manager, SaaS Application Management, Collaboration

Facebook’s Enterprise Collaboration team is responsible for the productivity of Facebook Employees, our mission is to enable innovation and productivity through the curation of a seamless and secure collaboration experience. The team is seeking an experienced, insightful, forward-thinking leader to facilitate identifying, designing and implementing efficient and effective solutions to meet the unique demands of Facebook. As a valued member of the Enterprise organization, this person will focus on all aspects of our collaboration tools suite, including real time document collaboration, document storage, Project Management and other tools used to improve information collaboration.
  • Manage a high-performance team in a cross functional heavy, analytical minded, operations organization in support of third party SaaS collaboration applications (Google Workspace, MSFT O365, Quip, Dropbox, etc.)
  • Develop, coach, and mentor team members
  • Own workflow and documentation around evaluation, integration and governance within IT best practices for application adoption, license provisioning, security, privacy, and user on- and off-boarding
  • Develop ongoing partnerships with IT, sourcing, vendor management and individual department managers to lead digital transformation and increase organizational productivity and innovation
  • Optimize licensing agreements with a focus towards leveraging enterprise license agreements
  • Determine the best available products to use for the employee population for their specific use cases, based on competitive analysis and consultation with internal stakeholders
  • Create dashboards using existing internal tools to understand adoption and feature usage which will lead to roadmap decisions
  • Work with internal engineers to build integrations with these collaboration tools and Facebook products to streamline workflows
  • 5+ years of people leading teams in support of a global, enterprise organization
  • 5+ years experience in Product Management, Solution Architect role or another role
  • Experience as an admin of one of the following collaboration tools: Outlook, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Quip, Workplace, Slack, Dropbox or any Project Management tool in an enterprise environment with more than 1,000 users
  • Experience working with minimal guidance
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, Info Systems or Data Science
  • Communication and leadership skills with experience working with users across teams and functions and communicating to the entire company
  • Demonstrated project management skills to bring large projects to fruition
  • Experience working with minimal daily guidance
