Do you want to be part of a larger purpose and an evolving, high-performance culture that empowers you to make an impactTheManager Product Developmentposition is responsible for managing the development and implementation of new products and modifications of existing products.Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:Implements new products or product changes/enhancements.Develops recommendations on new product designs.Translates business goals and objectives into tactical plans.Ensures products meet competitive and legislative needs.Monitors product development for compliance.Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.QualificationsRequirements:BA/BS degreeminimum of 5 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.Preferred:Healthcare experienceMS or 5 years experience leading Product Management teamsDigital experienceDemonstrated analytical skills, with the ability to use tools to create insights to improve our productProduct management experience as a data BI specialist, strategist and/or managerParticipation in all stages of the software development lifecycle, experience with Agile software methodologies. (JIRA tools are a plus)
