We are searching for an experienced Manager, Marketing Research to lead research and data analytics.

Our business is dynamic, and we work closely with the consumer and commercial PC marketing teams to support their segments.

This includes developing and overseeing execution of studies around customer personas and journeys as well as owning backend data and analytics.

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment to highlight their project management skills and help the team deliver best practices for running projects.The person:The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable with constantly evolving priorities, and will have experience leading sophisticated marketing research.

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills are critical, as this role interacts with employees of all levels in multiple domains.

This a management position leading a team of marketing research specialists.Key responsibilities:The Manager, Marketing Research is responsible for working cross-functionally to define marketing research scopes, timeliness of execution, and report out results.

Ability to learn our business and markets we serve as a foundation for success in the role.

Engaging with research agencies and managing execution in support of the consumer and commercial business.

Weekly communication with key collaborators outlining progress.

Scheduling, capturing content, and presenting in executive forums, ensuring decisions and actions are detailed and become a plan of record.

Directing a team of marketing specialist and their responsibilities.

Crafting an automated system of supervising our Share of Voice in the market across our OEM business.

Ability to create and manage data sets and report results on a regular basisPreferred experience: Ability to create processes in a cross-functional environment and adapt as needed Experience in organizational design leading direct staff Good organizational agility and interpersonal skills to work effectively across functions and lines of business in a virtual organization.

Strong analytical and project management skills Track record of running full marketing research studies handling data warehouses, and leading UI interfaces to report out.
