Director Growth Marketing

The company is looking for a Director of Growth Marketing to be responsible for all aspects of growth marketing.

You will focus on demand generation strategy and execution, including setting up a demand generation and marketing automation tool that integrates with salesforce.

You will create demand generation campaigns, managing the metrics associated with growth marketing including leads, conversion with sales, A/B message testing, paid media strategy, and SEO management.

We are looking for a creative, resourceful, self-starter who is willing to take ownership of the demand lifecycle as well as collaborate with sales operations, product marketing and marketing communications.

We are looking for passionate, out of the box thinkers who will push the boundaries on how to create effective campaigns that differentiate the company in the market and accelerate lead generation.

You will play a critical role in developing and evangelizing the best marketing methodologies to grow our brand awareness and drive lead generation.

Responsibilities Include:
Define and Create customer journey map.

Define Ideal customer profile.

Define and execute ABM strategy with with our agency.

Create demand generation and campaign strategy across business segments, regions and personas.

Build and execute campaigns with agency support.

Align lead generation campaign with awareness campaigns.

Paid Media.

Help with field marketing and events strategy and execution.

Analysis and reporting on demand generation and social media campaigns including website traffic, leads, MQLs, MQL to SQL conversions.

Monitor lead and MQL nurture and follow up.

Collaborate and align across sales and marketing.

Help with SEO and website creation and optimization.

Requirements:
At least 7 years experience in B2B enterprise software growth marketing.

Experience building demand generation campaigns.

Experience organizing field marketing activities.

Experience creating campaign content and amplify it across all channels.

Experience with building and targeting buyer/user personas.

A self-starter who thrives on working with a blank canvas.

A collaborator with the ability to work independently and autonomously.

Experienced with SEO/SEM.

Analytical, reflective, and curious to make things better.

Agile and willing to do more than expected given the nature of a startup.

Experienced with marketing tools
– Salesforce, Salesforce Pardot, Google Analytics and Adwords, HubSpot, Nacho Analytics, MailChimp, etc.
