Manager of Radiology

One of the largest Healthcare Systems in California is looking for a Radiology Manager to join their Regional Hospital and continue to lead this Radiology team to success.

The Manager of Imaging will be fortunate to be a part of a highly dedicated team that serves their patients with the highest quality of care. This Imaging Services Manager reports to the Director of Radiology and oversees all technical and clerical staff in the Imaging Services Department. The Medical Imaging Manager will:

  • Oversee technical procedures, quality, JCAHO, and state requirements.
  • Be responsible for the management of all imaging services.
  • Develop training programs and assign staff to appropriate sections.
  • Plan and implement education programs to promote high level of technical expertise and compliance with continuing education requirements.
  • Perform performance evaluations and competencies on assigned staff.
  • Manage staff, scheduling, training for new employees, budget, and more.
