NOTE: This position is located in Mammoth Lakes, California. Remote work within the state of California may be considered, though location in Mammoth Lakes is strongly preferred.

A little about this position:

  • Position has the responsibility for maximizing overall lodging revenue and gaining market share through the development, implementation and management of effective inventory and pricing strategies in all distribution channels based on demand and competitor analysis.

  • Position is responsible for revenue management strategies for all properties in the Mammoth Lodging Collection.

Requirements
  • Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 
  • 2-3 years of prior experience in Revenue Management required. Multi-property revenue management experience preferred. Ski Area experience preferred.
  • Excellent understanding of Revenue/Yield Management Concepts, Hospitality Distribution and Market Dynamics. 
  • Experience working with Property Management Systems, Revenue Management Systems, and Distribution Systems required.  Duetto RMS, Visual One PMS, Synxis Distribution System, DataVision Business Intelligence and RateStrategy360 preferred.
  • Ideal candidate will be self-confident, energetic, detail-oriented and proactive in reaching goals. 
  • Must be a team player with great communication and presentation skills. 
  • Must possess excellent analytical skills and knowledge of Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros, dynamic graphs, conditional formatting, lookup references, data filters, etc.).
