This role interacts with various teams across the organization to provide analysis and recommendations that will lead to data driven optimized guest experiences.

Responsibilities: Act as primary testing and optimization point of contact, consulting and supporting various business partners in the development of their optimization roadmaps and the design of specific actions.Maintain and proactively monitor live experiments and ensure that appropriate metrics and segments are accurately implemented, while consolidating and sharing findings across teams and verticals.Be a reliable source of expertise for optimization tools and offerings including keeping up to date with industry trends, services and technologies.Contribute to the creation of procedures and governance for a successful global optimization program at SpiritBuild and maintain C-Level facing dashboards and reportsRelentlessly communicate, coach, evangelize, document and share best practices to colleagues across the company.Be a liaison with several cross-functional teams, co-creating learning center from optimization insights development and delivering results.Collaborate with both technology and optimization platform teams to integrate new methodologies and tracking through our Optimization Analytics tools.Maximize conversion rate and operating margin through A/B testing.Continue Spirits journey into personalization IE offering 1-1 marketing to guests based on information we are aware of.Drive Online Merchandising Real Estate and Strategy.Manage content and publishes changes to images and copy to Spirit.com.Shape customer journey/experience from discovery to conversion.Owns eCommerce goals and understands levers that move sales/profit.May perform other responsibilities as assigned.

emergencies change in workload, rush jobs or technical developments).

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience5-7 years’ experienceGoogle Analytics CertifiedExperience with testing platforms built-in house and/or 3rd parties (Maximiser, Optimizely, Target, Optimize, SiteSpect, AB Tasty).Ability to understand fundamentals of eCommerce IE traffic, conversion, take rates and average order value.Experience Managing a content management system.Knowledge in conversion optimization, digital marketing, UX design and/or consumer psychology and research.Experience with Analytics Platforms ex.

Google Analytics.Must have a proven track record of working effectively in an organization of significant size with the ability to work collaboratively across multifunctional teams.Demonstrated ability to influence across all business units with multiple levels of management.Ability to drive action with cross functional teams for improvements and key initiatives.Able to create and present ideas in a logical format to all levels of the organization including the C-Suite.Demonstrated ability to clearly and effectively communicate both orally and in writing.

Strong oral presentation skills required.Self-starter who successfully works in a collaborative spiritFast learner who can respond to changing needs and incoming data quickly.Ability to work in a nimble ever changing environment while understanding how to grow business.Ability to make recommendations based on sound logic and incoming data.Domestic & International Travel under 10% of timeExerts up to 10 lbs.
