Manager, Digital Activation – Apple

The Manager, Digital Activation will help to deliver our clients’ business objectives through bespoke and insight rooted digital programs. This individual is the day-to-day liaison between the client and the media community. They will build and maintain strong relationships with the media vendor community to ensure that our clients get premium access to opportunities and that our plans are the most innovative in the industry. The Manager will steward media plan development and implementation, including ongoing and insightful performance reporting and optimization recommendations to maximize return on investment. They will be tasked to manage up to director level and supervise the Associate(s) and Senior Associate(s) day-to-day activities making sure that their growth as digital media professionals is of utmost importance.

Required:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of digital industry experience and proven experience in a hands-on-keyboard programmatic activation role required; other digital advertising such as analytics, direct, search, and/or social a plus.
  • Strong advanced knowledge of Microsoft software tools including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Proficient with data analysis in Excel, including Pivot Tables & basic statistics, work in site side analytics platforms (Google analytics, Adobe analytics) is a plus
  • Understanding of the skills and functions of the Investment side of the business, as well as the Strategic Business Units’ competencies.
  • In-depth experience curating and troubleshooting inventory from both public and private sources
  • Understanding of various audience data sources and experience with building audiences
  • Advanced understanding and experience with Ad Trafficking (DoubleClick specific, but experience with additional ad servers is a plus) and Verification partners (IAS/DV/Moat/etc)
  • Ability to foster a strong, cohesive working team and provide proper, thorough instruction.
  • Prioritize and multi-task effectively while maintaining attention to detail and ability formulate solutions.
  • Crucial to understand media data sources in terms of what is measured, the method, and information reported.
  • Strong understanding of media concepts and terms, creative and budget requirements.
