The Position Based in New York, the Manager, Customer Marketing Data & Insights will play a critical role in A Place for Mom’s growth and will directly support thousands of families in their senior living search each year.
This individual will own the customer marketing test and learn program focused on driving customer engagement, conversion and revenue.
The Manager will independently write and run SQL queries, structure readouts on A/B tests and translate quantitative results into insights, hypotheses and iterative test plans.
Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Customer Marketing Operations this individual will help define the strategy for our customer database and lead campaign execution across all customer marketing channels (SMS, Email and Phone).

Responsibilities Own the customer marketing test and learn program and associated financial outcomes that come from helping move our leads from initial inquiry to a successful senior living placement Support the broader customer marketing team and nurture strategy by using data to form hypotheses, run channel tests and produce insightful analysis Prioritize customer marketing tests based on revenue impact and time and effort to scale Support nurture strategies aligned to our key customer segments – working with marketing segmentation team to personalize journeys throughout the funnel Develop strong relationships with sales, operations and engineering teams and work collaboratively to operationalize, scale and automate winning tests Support long term strategy to progress how we leverage our customer database including capturing and appending additional data for use in campaign execution Qualifications 5 years of experience in a quantitative marketing, operations or analytics role Expertise writing queries in SQL and working with large data sets in Excel Experience working with CRM and EDW data to create customer marketing campaigns Experience running high octane test & learn agenda Self-motivated and resourceful; energized about a hands-on and fast paced culture Collaborative team player, ready to share success across a high-performing marketing team If you are hired to work in or travel to the NYC Office, you will be required to provide proof that you have received the COVID-19 vaccine
