Position Summary The project manager is responsible for managing multiple projects within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and cost to deliver specified requirements and meet customer satisfaction. Project work includes business analysis, requirements gathering, building use cases, status reporting, testing, and documentation. Projects may include building collaborative solutions such as intranets or extranets and will be either proprietary or via third party vendors. The PM will work closely with the dedicated search engine optimization (SEO) team at Reprise, their clients, partners within other internal departments, and a variety of personnel across Mediabrands agencies. Key Responsibilities Assemble key players for the project team; motivate and manage the team; delegate responsibility and tasks; establish and update plans with actuals and forecasts, delivery to time and cost; report to respective stakeholders; conclude the work documentation upon completion Liaise extensively with sponsors, internal and external customers, colleagues and vendors Ensure all project requirements and objectives are properly documented and followed Identify stakeholders and verify the key success indicators as the basis for managing the projects Ensure timely activity, integration and productivity of technical support, and administer efficient use of resources to meet requirements Manage trade-offs among scope, quality, time, and cost Facilitate project risk reviews and mitigation, then escalate issues to executives as needed Document and track all changes in project parameters, prepare end of project reports, close all project documentation, and archive appropriate records Produce user documentation as appropriate for project size and user community Establish agendas and clear follow ups from all meetings Partner with stakeholders across internal teams to support resource management, new business, partnerships, and other SEO craft workstreams Desired Skills & Experience 4 years of demonstrated work success in a web development, creative, media, or IT environment with at least 3 years in a project management role Experience with at least one project management methodology (e.g. lean, agile, waterfall) Goal-oriented and action-focused with strong time management, multi-tasking, project planning, delegation, and organizational skills Strong communication skills, including the ability to articulate results and recommendations of analysis to a variety of audiences within the organization (e.g. laterally across peers and upward to senior management) Flexibility to plan, monitor, and deliver projects in a timely manner using cost effective methods Adaptability to shift priorities, demands, and tasks via analytical and problem-solving capabilities Ability to develop solid professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and vendors Required PC proficiency and expertise with MS Office (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a working knowledge of Asana, Basecamp, JIRA, Smartsheet, or a similar project management or issue tracker tool Knowledge of the general tenets of search engine optimization (SEO) is a plus, but not required LI-DNI Wage and Benefits We offer a Total Rewards package that includes medical and dental coverage, 401(k) plans, flex spending, life insurance, disability, employee discount program, employee stock purchase program and paid family benefits to support you and your family.
