Our dynamic L&OD (Learning and Organizational Development) Center of Excellence (CoE) is building a change management team to support large enterprise-wide change initiatives sponsored by our Company Owners and Executives.

This role is a unique opportunity to help build an internal capability and join a growing team that supports strategic initiatives for over 11,000 employees.< /p><P>This position will report to the Director of L&OD and will be based in West Los Angeles, with occasional travel opportunities to other company locations, if needed.

This position participates in our hybrid work model.< /p></div> <Br><Div> Job Description<Br> <Ul><Li> Support change management activities for enterprise-wide implementations.

Key activities include:< Ul><Li> Stakeholder management –this is a unique opportunity to build close working relationships with project team members and serve as an internal CM practitioner< /li><Li> Identifying program supporters and resisters and adjusting engagement tactics as needed< /li><Li> Conducting change impactassessment workshops< /li><Li> Developing persona groups and “what’s changing” stories< /li><Li> Building communications plans, drafting communication messages and overseeing deployment< /li><Li> Determining training needs, building training materials and delivering training sessions< /li></ul> </li><Li> Support on-demand customdevelopment of workshops and offsites< /li><Li> Partner with all membersof the L&OD team, on cross-functional projects including leadership programs and learning offerings< /li><Li> This role will enable you to showcase your change management expertise but also provide you the opportunity to grow and support leadership programs, learning offerings and OD work for the enterprise.< /li></ul> </div>< Br><Div> Qualifications<Br> <Ul><Li> Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Change Management, working on enterprisewide change projects< /li><Li> Bachelor’s Degree with aconcentration in business, managing organizational change, organizational development or another related field< /li><Li> Experience with ERP implementations (Oracle, SAP, etc.) preferred< /li><Li> Fast learner, action oriented, self-starter who is organized, resourceful and flexible, with superb attention to detail without supervision< /li><Li> Superb interpersonal andcommunication skills (verbal and written)< /li><Li> Demonstrated project management experience< /li><Li> Proficiency in PROSCI orrelated change methodology< /li><Li> Proficiency with MS Office tools (e.G.
