Management Supervisor (Account Supervisor)

An Account Supervisor/Management Supervisor is needed for a dynamic creative advertising agency in Los Angeles. The right candidate is a hard-working, creative-minded, ad-loving professional who has a passion for putting great work into the world.  Your mission is to woo clients, colleagues, and consumers alike.  As the brand lead on a few different accounts, you?ll lead integrated teams to develop culture-driving work that achieves client?s objectives across broadcast, digital, social, print, audio, etc.  We love the work we do and we?re proud of it, and there?s plenty of that kind of job satisfaction to go around. 

 

The ideal candidate will:

  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of each client?s business ? their key challenges, the category and competition as well as industry trends
  • Bring value to our client?s business through strong strategic thinking matched with high-quality creative
  • Earn client?s respect and confidence as a trusted advisor
  • Demonstrate solid brand stewardship, confidence and authority as the leader of the agency team
  • Effectively assign, delegate, coordinate and monitor the work of agency staff members assigned to client projects
  • Be prepared and proactive in developing solutions to meet evolving client needs
  • Partner with the agency departments (strategy, creative, research, media, social media, digital, production) to develop and present recommendations which will meet client objectives
  • Effectively plan and organize the work of you and your team ? handling multiple projects efficiently and productively
  • Develop and deliver persuasive and strategic presentations
  • Manage internal communications and keep senior management up to date and informed
  • Develop and manage scope of work documents for client projects
  • Monitor overall profit and loss for client business
  • Help grow future opportunities within the existing client business

 

The ideal candidate would also:

  • Possess 5-10 yrs experience at a full-service ad agency or marketing firm
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Possess exceptional leadership qualities
  • Strives to keep everyone organized and on track
  • Demonstrate a proactive, positive attitude
  • Operate with professionalism and courtesy to coworkers
  • Be accountable for your decisions and actions
