Manages assignments and completion tracking of mandatory and elective learning initiatives for all employees and contractors. Responsible for reports for Compliance, HR, and Learning & Development (domestic), HR and Legal leaders. Pro-actively leads and shapes requirements gathering discussions and education decisions for newly hired and transitioning employees, based on technical knowledge, LMS experience and analytical skills. Leverages project management skills and technical experience to evaluate system options and LMS vendor capabilities to meet functional requirements. Leads troubleshooting and independent problem solving of complex technical issues within the LMS. Balance completion of instructional design projects for HR, Leadership Development and Legal work streams by owning responsibilities for curriculum design, publication and course maintenance of all instructor-led, and online training for Conifer Health SolutionsEssential Duties And ResponsibilitiesInclude the following. Others may be assigned.Conducts complex root-cause analysis on employee/contractor LMS access and/or data issues; resolves or proposes solutions. Documents and analyzes business rules and identifies process improvements. Leads or manages projects related to the implementation and maintenance of LMS system changes, upgrades, or conversions. Contribute to the technical coordination and integration of HRMS data and systems supporting the LMS.Documents customer requirements and serves as lead liaison between customers and technical support personnel. Develops and maintains LMS support process documentation for various course assignments and creation of job function processes. Manages students, student groups and assists administrators at a company-wide level. Collaborates with Learning and Development, HR and Legal leaders to ensure customer needs are met in the most efficient and cost effective manner. Creates learning events, assignments and reports at the enterprise level. Participates in or facilitates LMS requirements discussions to solve business needs. Train users in related systems and processes by leading training and creating documentation to support/reinforce approved procedures. Overall responsibility for curriculum design, publication and course maintenance of all instructor-led, self-study and online training for leadership development, legal and HR for Conifer Health Solutions; effectively drive completion of Training Intakes and quality review of all deliverables.Create interactive, engaging learning events; promote development opportunities that increase design skills and utilization of technology.Participate in vendor management with pricing, contract negotiations, and assist with managing vendor relationships.QualificationsKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIESTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
