You Are: A front office guru with years of experience in the Life Sciences industry. Your expertise Advising clients in the Life Sciences industry on how they can build internal capabilities that complement their product portfolio to maximize market impact. Furthermore, you will bring expertise to our clients to help them define and then deliver best-in-class commercial solutions with a focus on bringing together the cross-functional elements that are critical to successful pharma operations. Lastly, you have therapeutic expertise across one or more therapeutic areas (TAs) and are passionate about client service and customer impact. The Work: Advise clients on various aspects of their commercial capabilities technology ecosystem, organizational processes and optimization strategy spanning sales, marketing, patient services, market access and analytics functions. Head up teams to deliver commercial capabilities projects to Life Sciences clients. Leverage therapeutic area expertise to inform client work. Lead project delivery to make sure clients are positioned for long-term success with practical road maps for carrying out strategy, managing change, monitoring and gauging processes, and taking remedial steps. Build relationships with clients to sustain Accenture’s profile as a long-term trusted advisor and partner. Read more of the job description Read Less Qualifications Here’s What You Need: Minimum 3 years of pharma / life sciences experience, specifically focused in commercial – including marketing/NPP, field sales, patient engagement, commercial analytics. Minimum 2 years of experience supporting sales or marketing enablement. Understanding of Commercial operating model. Bachelor’s degree Bonus: Experience in one or more therapeutic areas is preferable.
