Connecting great people to the best work is our purpose – together, we deliver. We are seeking a Vice President of Markets to join our Western Division team and lead our growth strategy. As part of the West Division’s core leadership team, you will lead our business development and marketing teams and provide overall business leadership across all market sectors and service lines within the Division. In this capacity, you will lead your team through all aspects of business strategy and marketing to provide critical support to the West Division Area Managers. You and your team will be responsible for understanding the regulatory and economic market drivers that impact our industry and identifying the clients, partnerships, and projects that will provide stable growth for Kleinfelder. In addition to your primary business development and marketing responsibilities, you will also work closely with the West Division Director and Business Manager to provide leadership in all aspects of our business. Your experience and input will be valued in the areas of risk management, operations, personnel management, recruiting, retention, and other critical aspects of the West Division. In addition to significant strategy and business development experience, operational management experience is strongly recommended for this position due to the level of engagement you will have within the organization. Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and education required, Master’s preferred. Experience: 15+ years of leadership experience in consulting engineering or related professional services with specific expertise in growth strategy, business development, and marketing.
