Leasing Consultant

< P>We are a San Fernando Valley based property management and real estate Development Company with a large portfolio of apartment communities.

We are currently recruiting a leasing consultant to help with marketing, leasing and other on-site activities to gain strong revenue growth and greater occupancy.

This position will assist prospective residents with their move-in experience and ensure that the customer service is outstanding.< /p><P>< B>Qualifications: < /b></p> <Ul><Li> Must be available to work on weekends< /li><Li> Demonstrate an ability to support and contribute to community team< /li><Li> Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills< /li><Li> Operate telephone, personal computer/keyboard, Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook and community software such as Yardi or other property management software.< /li><Li> Participate in training in order to comply with new or existing laws< /li><Li> Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws preferred but not required< /li><Li> Minimum one year of Customer Service and Sales Experience< /li><Li> Must have means of transportation< /li><Li> Good Credit is required< /li><Li> Must have a sense of humor< /li></ul> <P><B> Responsibilities: < /b></p> <Ul><Li> Take part in outreach marketing activities on a regular basis to obtain prospect residents< /li><Li> Advertise vacancies using variety of social media, promoting materials and conduct market surveys as requested< /li><Li> Present and lease apartment units to prospective lessors< /li><Li> Receive all telephone calls and in-person visits< /li><Li> Listen to resident requests, concerns, comments and report to appropriate departments< /li><Li> Cover for management staff absences and overall property management assistance< /li><Li> Develop and maintain high level of customer service relationships with prospects and residents< /li><Li> Uphold a professional appearance at all times< /li><Li> Report all unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents< /li><Li> Assist managers in collecting rent, balance dues and outstanding paperwork< /li><Li> Accurately prepare and be thoroughly knowledgeable with all lease-related paperwork< /li><Li> Ensure leasing office, tour path, vacant apartments, amenities and general curb appeal of community is pleasing to all 5 senses and impeccably clean< /li><Li> Monitor outstanding workorders and constantly communicate with maintenance staff< /li><Li> Stay fully informed of current rental rates, floorplans, locations and all amenities of the property< /li></ul> <P><B> Benefits: < /b></p> <P>Annual Performance Review< Br/>Health, Dental and Optical Insurance< Br/>Internal Training< Br/>Paid Vacations and Sick Time< /p><P>Pay : $17$18.50 per hour< /p><P>Job Type: Full-time< /p><P>Pay: $18.50 per hour< /p><P>Benefits:< /p><Ul> <Li>Health insurance< /li><Li> Paid time off</li> </ul><P> Schedule:< /p><Ul> <Li>8 hour shift< /li></ul> <P>Work Location: One location< /p>
