Leasing Assistant or Property Manager Assistant (CAYM30735)

nn A property management company is seeking a Leasing Assistant or Property Manager Assistant with 1-2 years of experience to join their office in Downtown Los Angeles.

Must have weekend working flexibility, a Bachelor’s Degree, and Driver’s license.

Candidates will preferably have work experience or strong interest in real estate.

Real Estate Sales License or Broker’s License highly preferred.

This is a full-time position, non-exempt, with excellent benefits including 401K.

(flexible hours: Monday-Thursday: 9:00am-6:00pm, occasionally, Saturday-Sunday: 10:30am-3:30pm)nn nn n nn nn Duties: nn Assist showings to potential tenants for the buildings ( occasionally on Saturdays & Sundays between 10:30 a.m.

– 3:30 p.m.) Collaborate with the team to effectively market the units / properties on online platforms Gather and analyze market information such as sales and rent through various third-party services Research and analyze current market rents in the surrounding area Organize and communicate with potential renters to receive all application material necessary Modify and create new lease agreements for renters Move-in tenants to their new units Respond to tenants emails and phone calls regarding maintenance requests or work orders Communicate with our maintenance personnel for scheduling of repairs Ensure quality assurance of all our properties with weekly walk-thru’s, vendor meetings and checklist items Collect tenant rental income and input data Meet with vendors on site for yearly inspections, and misc items nn n nn nn Skills: nn 4 Year Bachelor’s Degree Real Estate Sales License or Broker’s License (Preferable) Flexibility in work hours.
