We then use that data to reach bank consumers with offers they love and that drive measurable, incremental purchases for our advertisers.About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced, organized, and motivated individual to help drive the next chapter in our growing businesses and help lay the foundation for scalable growth.You will have had experience in planning, defining, and successfully implementing KPI’s, streamlining sales processes, building and implementing sales and marketing systems to support growth, and capturing and delivering analytics/insights at a company, team, and individual level.This person will be integral to the scaling of Bridg, who we recently acquired. Bridg is an enterprise SaaS data infrastructure company on a mission to make customer data accessible and actionable for brick and mortar retailers and CPG brands.Their unique ability to identify, understand, and engage unknown in-store consumers is made possible through industry leading identity resolution, proprietary census of identity and behavior, and unique strategic data partnerships.You will* Own regular business reporting and communication cadence with senior sales leaders* Help develop sales process & methodology (inbound and outbound)* Assist with resource planning, inc sales structure and role responsibilities* Develop and present recommendations to senior management for strategic decision making* Systems ownerships and analysis of market leading offerings (e.g Pipedrive CRM – Salesforce eventually, Pardot, Salesloft, BI tools and more)* Develop revenue and forecasting models* Sales performance measurement and analytics* Build best in class dashboards and reporting toolsYou are* A self-starter who is used to start-up environments and is able to use intuition to manage their time and deliver results* A collaborative teammate who enjoys working with others and developing strong partnerships (internal and external) to achieve the best outcome* A highly motivated individual, with a “builder mentality”, that enjoys working with tech stack eco-systems* A problem solver, you ask the right questions to uncover root cause and can quickly iterate to a final, well-thought-out result, that is backed up by evidence* A project manager, you have the discipline and creativity to turn ideas into a project plan based on business goals and execute it in a timely manner* Driven by data – understanding that metrics drive outcomes, and therefore a deep desire to uncover the metrics that drive the biggest impact for Cardlytics/ Bridg and our clientsYou have experience in* 4-8 years work experience in high tech company in a highly analytical role or strategy department in a fast-paced growth company or 4-8 years work experience in a top consulting firm* Proven decision making ability* Strong problem solving skills and ability to manage conflicting priorities* An analytical / data driven mind and passion for detailed orientated work* Professional use of systems such as excel, PowerPoint, salesforce, BI tools etc* Strong intuition and a self-starter attitude* High level of intellectual curiosity & initiative
