Kitchen Manager

Dune Atwater is seeking a sharp, experienced kitchen manager to assume day to day supervision of a small, very high volume, close-knit, critically acclaimed kitchen. Focus will be on quality control, cleanliness and hygiene, best practices, effeciency, as well as team building and management. Founded in 2015 in Atwater Village, we have carved out an international reputation through our relentless attention to detail using the highest quality ingredients and adhereing to classic techniques. We are seeking a dynamic and committed individual to assume leadership of our extrememly hardwoking and productive kitchen. Previous experience managing a high-caliber, high volume kitchen is required. Bilingual a strong plus. Salary based on experience. We offer full health benefits, 401K and profit participation.
