Additional information is available on Eagle’s website at www.eagleus.com.Eagle is looking for a motivated Key Account Manager to cover the greater Los Angeles territory.Responsibilities:• Achieve or exceed sales objectives in assigned geography for RYANODEX and additionalEagle products as assigned• Effectively communicate and drive Eagle customer agreements/contracts to internal and external stakeholders• Maintain a productive and compliant working relationship with our GPO partners within the Aggregate/IDN/Hospital space• Develop strategically targeted account-specific business plans that reflect an in-depth understanding of local market forces• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop long-term relationships with key accounts and stakeholders within the marketplace• Create, build and maintain relationships with key decision makers, administrators, purchasing managers, pharmacy directors, and the C-Suite• Understand national and local reimbursement policies for the assigned region• Effectively manage time, resources, and workload• Effective verbal and written communication skills and organizational abilities• Demonstrate strong analytical acumen to ensure the appropriate focus is placed in the right areas of the market• Demonstrate ability to adjust to changing strategies to support corporate and/or brand while maintaining the highest level of performance• Timely and accurate SFA, expense reporting, and other required documentation• Identify and develop appropriate KOL relationships• Compliance with all Eagle, state, and federal policies and proceduresQualifications:• Minimum of 7 to 10 years of sales, sales management, and/or account management experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with verifiable existing keyAggregate/IDN/Hospital system contacts• Proven track record for delivering consistent sales results• Experience with multiple department sales and detailing within theAggregate/IDN/Hospital space• Effective use of virtual and in person sales techniques• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, cross-functional environment while maintaining an entrepreneurial spirit, on a consistent basis• Ability to develop and grow strong professional relationships• Knowledge and experience of legal and compliance framework related to the pharma/biotech industriesPlease apply to this position at: https://careers- eaglepharmaceuticals.icims.com/jobs/1125/kam-los-angeles/jobAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status.Job Type: Full-timePay: $38,205.00 – $121,616.00 per yearBenefits:• 401(k)• 401(k) matching• Dental insurance• Disability insurance• Flexible spending account• Health insurance• Health savings account• Life insurance• Paid time off• Parental leave• Vision insuranceSchedule:• Monday to FridayEducation:• Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:• Sales Experience: 7 years (Preferred)• IDN/Hospital Systems: 5 years (Preferred)Work Location:• On the roadWork Remotely:• Temporarily due to COVID-19
