Duties and Responsibilities: Verify and confirm information of our Clients and Service Providers.
Process a variety of documentation associated with clients/service providers within designated timeframes per established procedures.
Receive, Review, and distribute documentation throughout departments.
Perform routine administrative tasks: phone calls, email messages and initiate the appropriate actions/responses.
Build Client and Service Provider loyalty Communicate high priority issues to the Sr Account Manager in a timely manner.
Follow thru to make sure tickets are addressed within 24 – 48 hours.
Contact Client/Service Provider and reach out for missing required documents.
Ensure organized storage of all relevant Client and Service Provider documents to the network securely.
Follow established processes.
Flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments.
Other duties as assigned.
Specialized Knowledge and Skills Strong, effective communicator capable of navigating challenging conversations.
Knowledge of Snow Removal helpful.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, presentation, facilitation, and communication skills Demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards.
Ability to adapt to a fast paced, continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities.
Strong technical, analytical, and trouble-shooting skills Excellent follow-through skills, self-motivated and detail-oriented Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects, issues, and priorities effectively and simultaneously, with attention to detail.
Excellent phone etiquette is essential.
Proficient in the MS Office Suite to include MS Word , Excel and Outlook Work Environment: Office Teamwork Environment
